Day 4 was a really exciting day for me. I met with my navy recruiter to weigh in, and I was down another 3 percent body fat, and about 8 pounds. I was ecstatic. It felt really really good to know that I making a ton of great progress.
I didn't really do much of anything to workout that day. I spent some time chilling at starbucks with some peeps from work. And I went to the library to get some books. I walked around for a bit outside, and did just some light stuff.
Other than that it was an enjoyable day off!
a break in a tough schedule every now and then will only do you good :)

ReplyDeleteOh, and thanks for commenting on my blog post -- I will reward your kindne$$ ;)
very interesting, great post, bro.
ReplyDeletecongrats!
Doin' good work, mang! You did in one week what took me one month (while I was still in therapy) to do~!
ReplyDeleteNowadays, I haven't a friggin' clue...but I'm muscle-centric, not weight or cardio. I'll worry 'bout it once I actually get back to my cardio training (gotta get my endurance UP...if a man cannot last at least five minutes in a hand-to-hand fight, then he is a target not a fighter), y'knowwhatImean?
Keep rockin' your schedule bro, the only one who can do it for you is YOU.
The library is always a good place to be! But that's coming from a writer and bookophile, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
ReplyDeletekeep it up and enjoy the day ;)
