I skipped day 4!

Looking back, I totally realized that I skipped day 4!

Day 4 was a really exciting day for me. I met with my navy recruiter to weigh in, and I was down another 3 percent body fat, and about 8 pounds. I was ecstatic. It felt really really good to know that I making a ton of great progress.

I didn't really do much of anything to workout that day. I spent some time chilling at starbucks with some peeps from work. And I went to the library to get some books. I walked around for a bit outside, and did just some light stuff.

Other than that it was an enjoyable day off!

  7. Doin' good work, mang! You did in one week what took me one month (while I was still in therapy) to do~!

    Nowadays, I haven't a friggin' clue...but I'm muscle-centric, not weight or cardio. I'll worry 'bout it once I actually get back to my cardio training (gotta get my endurance UP...if a man cannot last at least five minutes in a hand-to-hand fight, then he is a target not a fighter), y'knowwhatImean?

    Keep rockin' your schedule bro, the only one who can do it for you is YOU.
